When the mind is surrendered, we embark on a deep inner journey where our soul speaks to us in images, metaphors, sounds and colors. Our soul language informs, transforms and opens the spiritual terrain for renewal and retrieval of our inner light to birth a new reality.

Divine Feminine rituals and shamanic practices pave the way to deepen into the landscape of soul, unraveling and revealing mysteries awaiting to reveal themselves through us.

These Sacred Arts allow us to drop the mind to enter into the heart space navigating the underworld to explore our unhealed parts that seek wholeness recovering the lost parts of the Self.

Your journey begins in the establishment of a safe container with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony, followed by Sacred Ritual and a Guided Journey leading into Shamanic Trance Dance with live drumming. The evening will end with group participation in a closing honoring ceremony.

You are invited to a most intimate communal evening of the senses, embodied soul and a sacred journey of the heart to the timeless essence of Self.

Sacred containers provide a benchmark to catapult us beyond the familiar and foster our capacity to live into our brilliance embracing the gifts we long to share and embody.

Cacao has been utilized in ancient ceremonies by the Maya for thousands of years. It contains an active ingredient, theobromine which is translated into “ food of the Gods”. The cacao plant is seen as a medicinal plant used for spiritual, medicinal and ceremonial purposes evoking the opening of the heart.

In Divine Feminine rituals we call upon the elementals, our ancestors, spiritual deities, and feminine archetypes to assist us on a guided journey. These guided journeys assist us in accessing our deep inner wisdom, revealing our soul language that informs and guides us to uncover our authentic soul self and to divine what is essential - transforming us from the inside out.

Trance Dance coupled with evocative drumming and conscious breathing allows you to enter trance states that open the door to the underworld and unearths what lies beneath the surface. This contemporary practice has its roots deep in ancient dances of our ancestors and allows you to surrender to the images and entities, inside and out, who want to move you and be danced by you.

The dance is an exploration of the true self within using blindfolds in a non-interrupted ecstatic dance. In this way you can journey within without distraction. You set the intention, allow yourself to be danced and allow the journey to unfold.
